Our Process

When we receive a call for a restoration job, our team works out a time that is convenient for the home owner to come inventory the claim.  When we arrive, we take inventory room by room, and try and stay out of anyone's hair.  When we have bagged up all the clothing, we bring them back to our store and get to work.  Garments will be dry cleaned or washed in our Kingston based plant, depending on our expert's decision.  After we complete the claim, the order can be stored if necessary, or delivered back right away.  We are fully insured, and will work with the contractor to accommodate all needs and concerns.
